- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, product, and customer success teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Drive Brand Awareness and Recognition: Develop and execute PR strategies to increase the company's profile and reputation in the market.
- Measure and Optimize Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Continuously monitor industry developments and best practices to stay ahead of the competition and drive innovation in marketing strategies.
- 10+ Years of Marketing Experience: Proven track record of success in marketing leadership roles, with a strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
- Post-Secondary Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Strong Leadership and Communication Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to think critically and strategically, with a focus on driving business results.
