Cogir Senior Living Canada is seeking a seasoned Executive Director to lead our retirement residence team. As a strategic leader, you will oversee the general management of our residence, delivering exceptional service and resident care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous development.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive financial performance, employee engagement, and resident satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to ensure exceptional service and resident care.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including occupancy rates, net operating profit, and resident satisfaction.
- Minimum of five years of management experience in the seniors living industry, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of business planning, operations, and financial management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
