About the Opportunity

The Supply Chain Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the Supply Chain Operations service. This position requires a high degree of technical understanding of supply chain systems and the ability to provide excellent customer service to provincial stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date data, resolving complex issues, and promoting the use of technology to improve efficiency. They will also contribute to the strategic direction of the Supply Chain Operations by providing subject matter expertise and maintaining technical and knowledge-based competencies.

This role requires a strong understanding of contract management, supply chain operations, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships, communicate effectively, and think critically and creatively.

About You
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or Science required
  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in Supply Chain, or Contract Management required.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Proven technological proficiency.
  • Experience with SAP, MS Office, and other cloud-based technologies an asset.
  • Experience consistently displaying professionalism in all interactions with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically, quickly, and accurately.
