We are seeking a skilled Business Office Coordinator to join our team at Tulsi Enterprise Inc.- Tim Hortons.
About the JobThe ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
This role involves determining and establishing office procedures and routines, answering telephone calls and relay messages, and ordering office supplies while maintaining inventory.
A key aspect of this position is providing accurate and reliable support to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
About the Requirements- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an office setting.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
As a Business Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, working closely with the management team to maintain high standards of efficiency and productivity.
We offer a competitive salary range between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
