Operations Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Resource Allocation

We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to join our team at PK Alberta Restaurants Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and efficiency across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business success
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve strategic objectives
- Resource Allocation
- Allocate human, financial, and material resources to support business growth and efficiency initiatives
- Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective resource utilization
- Department Establishment and Staffing
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff
- Representation and Negotiation
- Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions
- Delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization as needed
- Performance Management
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure accountability and growth
- Financial and Administrative Controls
- Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure business integrity
- Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to drive business growth
- Develop and implement human resources planning to support business objectives
- Work Environment

- Hours: 35 hours per week
