Operations Vice-President: Strategic Leadership and Resource Allocation

SOL METALS & PAPER RECYCLING LTD is seeking an experienced Operations Vice-President to lead our organization's strategic initiatives and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for allocating resources, establishing financial and administrative controls, and formulating policies and programs to achieve our objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Establish and implement organizational policies and programs to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to support business objectives and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and optimize business performance.
- Promotional Campaigns: Formulate and approve promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
- Human Resources Planning: Approve overall human resources planning to ensure the right talent is in place to support business objectives.
- Representative Functions: Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization.
- Leadership Development: Select and develop middle managers, directors, and other executive staff to ensure the organization has the right leadership in place to drive business growth.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or a related field.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Word is required.
- Work Environment: The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail is essential.
