Position OverviewThis role will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining IT and information systems to meet business needs under the guidance of the Manager of Information Technology. The successful candidate will develop and implement SharePoint and Dynamics Business Central solutions, customize and integrate these systems with other Albarrie systems, and troubleshoot and resolve related issues.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement SharePoint and Dynamics Business Central solutions and other systems as required to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with the IT team to customize and integrate SharePoint Online and Dynamics Business Central with other Albarrie systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Online, Dynamics Business Central, and other systems within the organization.
- Provide technical support and answer system-related questions to all levels of staff within Albarrie.
- Train end-users on how to use SharePoint Online and Dynamics Business Central effectively through training sessions, online tutorials, and documentation.
- Create documentation for all development, system modifications, and end-user training documentation.
- Participate in internal IT audits by reviewing processes and activity outputs.
- Completion of a university degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in SharePoint Online and Dynamics Business Central Development.
- Proficiency in SQL, SQL Server, and MySQL development.
- Proficiency in web development using PHP, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Experience with Python, C#, and C++ will be considered an asset.
