Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Coordinator to join our team at Nova Scotia Health and IWK Health. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of a research project, including training and oversight of research assistants, budget oversight, and data management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in gaining approvals from Research Ethics boards
  • Train and oversee research assistants operating in centers across Canada
  • Develop technical reports, presentations, and other dissemination activities
  • Budget management
  • Participant screening and recruitment
  • Data collection and entry
  • Summarize findings of qualitative analysis
Requirements
  • Master's degree in health or related field
  • Fluency in English
  • Experience in qualitative research methods and/or implementation science
  • Meticulous organization skills and excellent communication skills
  • Demonstration of research productivity
