In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of research projects, managing study administration, caring for participants, and ensuring the smooth operation of clinical trials.

You will possess strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a high level of analytical thinking. Your experience in nursing, particularly in Hematology/Oncology, and your knowledge of research processes and procedures will serve as a valuable asset in this position.
Key Responsibilities- Manage study administration, including recruitment, consent, and data collection.
- Care for participants throughout the study period, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Coordinate with research staff, hematologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and institutional policies.
- Degree or diploma in Nursing.
- Current registration with NSCN required.
- Minimum of two years experience in Nursing required.
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods certification (training provided if needed/required).
- Knowledge and experience in Hematology/Oncology nursing an asset.
- Experience in clinical research an asset.
- CCRP (Certified Clinical Research Professional) or CCRA (Certified Clinical Research Associate) an asset.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and internet.
- $40.15 - $50.19 hourly.
- $78,294 - $97,867 annually.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, travel, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage.
- A defined benefit pension plan.
