About the Opportunity

The Research Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to research projects conducted within Nova Scotia Health. This includes preparing documents for the Research Ethics Board, managing documents and data, and general administration of the study office.

About You

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in administration and research. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in secretarial or business administration, medical terminology knowledge, and experience in research administration.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare documents for the Research Ethics Board
  • Manage documents and data collected throughout the study period
  • Provide general administration support to the study office
  • Assist with grant applications and research proposals
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements
  • Diploma in secretarial or business administration
  • Medical terminology knowledge
  • Experience in research administration
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
