Job Title: Office Manager

TINY HEARTS DAYCARE CENTER is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the first point of contact for our daycare center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our office, including managing supplies, maintaining inventory, and ensuring the office is well-organized and tidy.
  • Payroll Administration: Assist with payroll administration, including processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our staff, including workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are meeting their job responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office and MS Windows.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
