Job Title: Director, Conduct Adjudications Directorate

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director, Conduct Adjudications Directorate. This position requires a strong background in administrative law, with expertise in providing advice and guidance to decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice and guidance to decision-makers on complex issues in administrative law
  • Present cases before administrative tribunals or courts of law
  • Manage human resources and financial resources
  • Hold an RCMP Enhanced Reliability security clearance with Top Secret status
Requirements:
  • Eligibility for membership in the Bar of one of the provinces or territories of Canada or in the Order of Notaries in the Province of Quebec
  • Considerable experience in providing advice, guidance, and recommendations to decision-makers
  • At least 1 year of experience managing human resources and financial resources
Work Environment:

This position will require attendance 4 days per week at the RCMP's Headquarters, located in Ottawa, Ontario.
