Job Title: User Support Technician

Unified Systems Inc. is seeking a skilled User Support Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch assistance to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Consult technical documentation, manuals, and other resources to research and implement solutions to user problems.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our systems and applications effectively.
  • Collaborate with other technical support analysts to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new technical solutions and processes.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Regularly required to sit for extended periods and use computer equipment.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 30-35 hours per week.
