Field Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Field Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at OSCO Construction Group. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is passionate about ensuring high-quality construction products.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct Field Inspections: Conduct initial and final inspections of construction sites to ensure that products meet job-specific specifications.
- Maintain Quality Processes: Adhere to field/site quality processes and procedures to maintain consistent quality control standards.
- Identify Deficiencies: Identify and report any quality control deficiencies, ensuring immediate corrective action.
- Investigate Quality Issues: Initiate and participate in quality investigations to support corrective actions and failure analysis.
- Education: Post-secondary education with a focus on civil engineering or a similar discipline.
- Experience: Prior experience in a quality assurance environment and/or within the construction field.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings and knowledge of CSA, ASTM, and DTI Standards.
