Job Title: Security Officer

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and professional Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control access to the facility and maintain accurate logs of those entering and leaving
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies
  • Conduct regular patrols of the premises to prevent and detect security breaches
  • Report any safety non-compliances or incidents to management
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Requirements:
  • Valid Ontario Security Guard license
  • Valid First Aid & CPR level C certificate
  • Experience in a security or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
