Job Title: Security Officer

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control access to the hospital and ensure compliance with security protocols
  • Use tact and diplomacy to handle sensitive situations and interactions
  • Enforce access control procedures and maintain a high level of security awareness
  • Respond to emergency situations and de-escalate conflicts
  • Deal with trespassers and unauthorized individuals in a fair and safe manner
Requirements:
  • Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Standard First Aid and CPR certification
  • Valid Ontario Security License
