Implementation Manager Role

You'll join the Achievers Professional Services team, responsible for delivering and implementing our software for clients. As the Implementation Manager, you'll partner with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end implementation. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the project lead for multiple customer-facing projects simultaneously, working with small to mid-sized customer project teams.
  • Managing all aspects of the implementation project, including facilitating remote working sessions, managing scope, risk, project plans, escalations, project monitoring, weekly checkpoint meetings, and consulting on best practices.
  • Overseeing and liaising with your Technical Consultant on strategic Solution Design, Requirements Gathering, User Acceptance Testing, and potential integrations.
  • Building and executing communications plans to support program implementation and user adoption.
  • Utilizing tracking and reporting tools to ensure effective project management, knowledge transfer, and business continuity.
  • Ensuring all project documentation and the project workbook are signed off within appropriate timelines.
  • Providing input, direction, and oversight to departments supporting your implementation projects, as required.
  • Meeting or exceeding departmental metrics and/or KPIs.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a candidate with a can-do attitude, a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience in consulting and implementing software applications in a customer-facing environment. You should have demonstrated evidence of rapid execution of concurrent projects, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to multitask and manage tight project schedules. Experience with risk management and resolution, HTML, CSS, and SaaS platforms is a plus.
