A global healthcare leader, creating breakthrough science to improve people's health, seeks a skilled Implementation Executive for remote work in the Point of Care, Diagnostics division. This role involves managing project plans for the implementations of Abbott point of care instruments in hospital settings and private care clinics across Canada, with up to 85% travel required. Key responsibilities include effective project management, becoming a subject matter expert for point of care testing, articulating the benefits of point of care testing, and developing implementation strategies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant medical program, project management certification, and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry. Strong knowledge of the Canadian hospital system, organizational and time management skills, and excellent communication skills are essential. **Responsibilities:**
* Effective project management of product implementation(s) within national hospital accounts and outpatient key accounts
* Become a subject matter expert for point of care testing and articulate benefits across all levels
* Develop and execute implementation strategies, utilizing available resources effectively
* Provide clinical and technical assistance, account preparedness, and readiness to high priority customers
* Develop project plans, lead and participate on cross-functional teams, and maintain consistent momentum with each implementation assignment
* Manage multiple implementation assignments simultaneously, integrate APOC data manager software, and provide technical support
* Assist with laboratory validations, provide technical support, and ensure accounts are at run rate
* Travel up to 85% of the time to support business goals and ensure successful implementation
* Identify and develop clinical champions for point care testing and APOC instruments
* Field travel with sales executives to assist in accelerating sales cycles

**Required Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in nursing, laboratory medicine, respiratory therapy, or similar
* Project management certification
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the healthcare industry
* Strong knowledge of the Canadian hospital system
* Bilingual ability to speak and write proficiently in English and French
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to multitask and be well organized at the same time
* Excellent communication skills and ability to connect regularly with customers
* Good computer skills and competence with working with different applications
