Job Title: SAP Implementation Specialist - Device Management


About the Role:


The Functional Lead for Device Management is responsible for SAP IS-U DM module implementation and support, ensuring smooth functioning of device management systems in electric utilities. This key position requires a strong background in technical master data models and DM configuration.

Responsibilities:



  2. Lead the deployment of the SAP IS-U Device Management module with 2-3 full life cycle implementations
  3. Prepare functional specification documents, business design documents, and test cases
  4. Solution design, configuration, and testing for device management, including meter shop (inventory, testing, inspections), routes, consumption reads, and integration to billing and backend work management systems
  5. Extensive experience in technical master data models and DM/EDM configuration
  6. Experience in EDM settlement processes
  7. Lead integrated and parallel testing for batch job processing and exception management
  8. Design and configure BI reports for device management processes
  9. Knowledge of integration with Meter Data Management (MDM), Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI), and Head End systems/networks is preferred

Requirements:



  2. 5-7 years of experience in SAP IS-U Device Management, with a minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing role
  3. SAP certification preferred
  4. Experience with SAP S/4 HANA Implementation
  5. Ability to work across Agile development, support, and deployment landscapes
  6. Good communication skills and ability to work independently

Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year based on industry standards and location considerations. Note: Salary may vary based on factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
