As a dedicated Implementation Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in the successful deployment and configuration of our projects. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, ensuring a seamless integration of our platform with their systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation, configuration, and deployment of our solution, aligning with client specifications and project timelines.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client systems, workflows, and integrations to guarantee a smooth transition to our platform.
  • Collaborate with clients to provide guidance, training, and support throughout the implementation process.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve challenges, escalating to internal teams as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including implementation plans, configuration guides, and training materials.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address client needs and deliver customized solutions.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical consulting, implementation, or deployment roles within the SaaS industry.
  • Strong understanding of software deployment methodologies, system integration, and configuration best practices.
  • Technical proficiency in AI technology, APIs, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams effectively.
