About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Partner Engagement Specialist to oversee the quality and efficiency of our web and content services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management, client relations, and project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct complete requirement gathering sessions and prepare cost estimates and initial timeline.
  • Lead kick-off meetings and present delivery plan. Communicate requirements and lead/coordinate with internal or external partners.
  • Match client needs to reusable solution patterns.
  • Document and provide feedback to the partners and product management and development team on client feedback, any challenges, or areas of improvement.
  • Contribute to internal documentation that demonstrate the purposes and benefits of our products and platforms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree + 5 years related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience in an account management, client relations, or project management role, preferably within the web development or digital content industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members.
  • Ability to be persuasive, finding win-win solutions by educating partners about our platforms help them meet their goals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools software.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional technical teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Certification in quality management (e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, or equivalent).
