About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at FinThrive Revenue Systems, LLC. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including configuration, development, integration, and customization of complex Salesforce environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and adhering to FinThrive's coding standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement within the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong technical writing skills, with the ability to create clear and concise technical documentation.
