Position Overview: Senior Cloud Development Specialist

Travel Requirements: Minimal travel expected.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid work model.

Role Responsibilities

The Senior Cloud Development Specialist will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) responsible for the design, development, and deployment of applications within the expansive Colgate e-Commerce ecosystem. This role involves:

  • Collaborating with business and IT teams to address daily support issues and manage project activities across various business functions.
  • Translating business challenges into effective solution designs.
Key Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering.
  • Experience with leading Digital Commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred Skills

Additional desirable qualifications include:

  • Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools.
  • Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence).
  • Background in web development or architecture.
  • Experience in user research or design thinking methodologies.
