About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team at FinThrive Revenue Systems, LLC. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and deploying complex Salesforce solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical implementation of Salesforce projects, focusing on delivering functional solutions on the platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable and successful solutions.
  • Take direction from project team members and immediate supervisor, while demonstrating leadership and initiative when appropriate.
  • Design and architect solutions from high-level user stories, implementing them to completion without direct supervision.
  • Develop software solutions on API frameworks and 3rd party APIs.
  • Design, develop, and configure Community Cloud solutions using the full Salesforce toolset.
  • Develop skills in SLDS CSS framework, Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Batch and Future patterns, SOAP and REST Web Services.
  • Perform unit testing and defect fixes.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and research projects as needed.
  • Support AppExchange applications on site and through App Vendor.
Requirements
  • Experience working in complex Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Community, Pardot, and multiple managed packages.
  • Demonstrate senior-level proficiency in SOQL.
  • Proven ability to work in Agile/Scrum Team environments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and work independently as a team player.
  • Strong technical writing abilities and organizational skills.
  • Advanced multi-disciplinary troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to build scalable solutions with minimal future support.
