The Salesforce Developer Senior will play a key role in designing, implementing, and deploying scalable solutions on the Salesforce.com platform. This individual will lead the technical implementation of projects, ensuring seamless integration and customization of complex Salesforce environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for technical and solution architecture, including configuration, development, integration, and customization of Salesforce environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement successful and scalable solutions.
  • Take direction from project team members and immediate supervisors, while also demonstrating leadership and initiative when appropriate.
  • Design and architect solutions from high-level user stories, implementing them to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Develop software solutions on the Salesforce.com API framework and 3rd party APIs.
  • Design, develop, and configure Community Cloud solutions using the full Salesforce toolset, including custom objects and fields, validation rules, workflows, triggers, process builder, and CSS.
  • Develop solutions on the Salesforce platform, including SLDS CSS framework, Apex, triggers, Visualforce, batch and future patterns, SOAP and REST Web Services.
  • Perform unit testing and defect fixes.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and research projects as needed.
  • Support AppExchange applications on-site and through App Vendors.

Requirements

  • Experience working in complex Salesforce environments, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning Community, Pardot, and multiple managed packages from various vendors.
  • Demonstrate senior-level proficiency in SOQL.
  • Successful experience developing and delivering solutions within an Agile/Scrum Team environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong work ethic, with the ability to complete tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines, ensuring the success of the team as a whole.
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Ability to proficiently facilitate meetings and conduct briefings.
  • Strong technical writing abilities.
  • Organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Advanced multi-disciplinary troubleshooting abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and partnership skills.
