Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Construction Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. This includes managing site activities, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with project managers to achieve project goals.

Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth site operations by coordinating with suppliers, subcontractors, and on-site personnel
* Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential risks and implement mitigating measures
* Develop and maintain comprehensive schedules, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
* Collaborate with project managers to ensure alignment with project objectives and deadlines
* Foster a culture of safety awareness and adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations
* Manage site documentation, including daily logs, timecards, and photographs
* Provide guidance and support to on-site personnel, including training and certification programs
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including shop drawings, invoices, and site reports

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in construction operations management or a related field
* Strong knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficient in Sitemax or similar project management software
