Road Construction Operations Lead

Serving as a key member of our team, the Road Construction Supervisor will oversee the supervision, planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in road building, asphalt paving, and construction projects, as well as knowledge of MTO project requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in pre-job planning, effectively understanding and complying with bid estimates, project schedules, and project specifications. They will also review and approve timesheets, participate in daily huddles and weekly tailgate safety meetings, conduct accident investigations, and prepare documentation.
In addition to their technical expertise, the Road Construction Supervisor will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to effectively prioritize and manage multiple competing priorities, and demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
