As a Mental Health Practitioner with Teladoc Health, you will be part of a diverse interdisciplinary team that thrives on engagement, learning, and growth. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with 3-5 years' experience in providing evidence-based treatment through various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive and behavioural therapies, experiential and humanistic therapies, psychodynamic therapies, somatic therapies, and systemic and collaborative therapeutic approaches.

In this role, you will provide psychotherapeutic assessments and structured psychotherapy treatment for individuals presenting with a wide range of mental health conditions, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and other therapeutic modalities as needed.

You will also have the opportunity to expand your care coverage across Canada, working with public healthcare authorities and different communities across the country. We offer a competitive compensation package, with an estimated salary of $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and your level of experience. We also provide full training before taking your first consultation, as well as administrative support to help you navigate any technical or logistical challenges.
