Job Title: Administrative Assistant

BROADSIGHT CANADA EDUCATION LTD. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to staff and management team
  • Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Prepare and distribute reports, documents, and other materials
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide customer service
  • Maintain accurate records and files
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
