Director of Reliability and Quality Assurance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Reliability and Certification to join our team at Vention. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive reliability and quality strategy that aligns with our company's product development effort and general quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a reliability and quality strategy that ensures compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Lead and manage a team of reliability engineers and quality assurance professionals to achieve business objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliability and quality are integrated into all aspects of product development
- Develop and maintain test protocols and procedures to ensure product reliability and quality
- Work with suppliers to ensure compliance with Vention's quality requirements
- Develop and document reliability and quality practices and protocols
- 5+ years of experience in reliability engineering and quality assurance
- Strong knowledge of certification processes for electrical products (i.e., UL, CSA, CE, etc.)
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adapt and build processes from the ground up
- Proven leadership skills with experience building and managing teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization
