Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Director to lead our construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contract administration processes and results, providing interpretation of Prime Contract language, and developing contract management activities to ensure compliance with the Prime Contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop risk register & key contractual obligations from Contract review.
  • Review Prime Contract to determine obligations, liabilities and highlight risks.
  • Manage contract administration processes and results.
  • Provide interpretation of Prime Contract language.
  • Develop contract management activities to ensure compliance with the Prime Contract.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have an undergraduate degree or diploma in construction management or a related field, and at least 8 years' leadership experience in the construction industry. You will also need to have a strong background in contract management, excellent financial and numeracy management skills, and the ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Project and Primavera P6.

What's on Offer

We are offering a basic salary of up to $175,000 (depending upon experience), a bonus, RRSP matching, and health/dental benefits.
