We are seeking a seasoned Senior Construction Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group.

About the Role

This key position will oversee large-scale industrial, commercial, and institutional projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget adherence.

Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Lead project planning, coordination, and execution to meet client expectations and company objectives.
  • Contract Administration: Prepare and negotiate contracts, manage changes, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Talent Development: Mentor junior staff members, fostering their growth and development within the organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in industrial settings.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a permanent, full-time position offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
