Bwysk Strategies Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced professional to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct performance reviews to assess team member performance and provide constructive feedback for growth and improvement;
  • Work closely with the marketing department to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field, ensuring alignment with company goals;
  • Lead the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them;
  • Manage sales contracts and negotiate with clients to secure deals that meet or exceed company expectations;
  • Recruit, train, and manage staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles;
Requirements
  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications);
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a leadership role;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and time management skills;
  • Familiarity with MS Windows and other software applications commonly used in business environments.
Compensation Package

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
