Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our Global Functions team at BRP. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in supporting the business strategy and goals of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their HR needs and provide strategic guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with HR teams across the organization to develop and implement HR plans, programs, and tools that align with business objectives.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to leaders and employees to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Support business transformation initiatives, including organizational design, change management, and talent management.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR and provide recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and strategic HR.
  • Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
