KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Act as the primary liaison between BRP and the HR department, serving as the main contact for all management levels and a secondary contact for employees.
  • Establish credible relationships by being a trusted consultant who can comprehend and influence business strategies and objectives, translating them into actionable, people-focused strategies.
  • Provide coaching on leadership effectiveness and assist in resolving business challenges through analytical thinking, effective questioning, and innovative solutions.
  • Formulate client-centered engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Assist teams in implementing business transformation strategies and activities, including organizational design and change management.
  • Support the creation and execution of HR plans, programs, and tools in collaboration with business leaders and Global Practices to enhance organizational capability.
  • Concentrate on strategic people-related issues, trends, and solutions that contribute to BRP's growth and competitive edge.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL POSSESS:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills (both verbal and written) to effectively manage all interactions and relationships.
  • Strong analytical abilities and the capacity to adopt a broader perspective to identify solutions and manage outcomes efficiently.
  • Robust business acumen.
  • Engaging leadership qualities, demonstrating courage, accountability, and ownership within the business and the HR function.

This position is eligible for the BRP Employee Referral Program.
