HR Technology Functional Specialist

We are looking for a skilled HR technology functional specialist with expertise in SuccessFactors, who will report to the HR technology team leader. This team is primarily composed of SuccessFactors professionals and other HR systems that support operational workflows, ongoing enhancements, and global HR initiatives across all BRP divisions and countries. The role of the SuccessFactors functional specialist involves converting business needs into actionable technical plans by elaborating on tool designs and configurations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evaluate business requirements and articulate them into comprehensive functional specifications.
  • Tailor and set up the SuccessFactors platform to fulfill specific organizational needs, adhering to best practices while ensuring process alignment and system interoperability.
  • Conduct testing and validation of configurations and functionalities to confirm they satisfy end-user expectations.
  • Assist, analyze, and troubleshoot functional challenges faced by end-users.
  • Create and sustain documentation regarding configurations, functionalities, and integrations.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a relevant technical field.
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with the SuccessFactors platform.
  • Familiarity with Boomi is considered a plus.
  • Strong analytical abilities to identify and resolve both technical and functional challenges.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • A proactive team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in English communication with internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
