Global Functions HR Business Advisor

We are seeking a Human Resources Business Advisor for our Global Functions division, dedicated to fostering a collaborative atmosphere that promotes exceptional professional growth. You will be an integral part of a vibrant and committed team, significantly impacting decision-making processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:- Serving as the primary liaison between BRP and the HR department, acting as the main contact for all management tiers and a secondary contact for employees.
- Building reliable relationships by acting as a trusted consultant, capable of comprehending and influencing business strategies and objectives, and translating them into actionable, people-focused strategies.
- Providing coaching on leadership effectiveness and assisting in resolving business challenges through analytical thinking, insightful questioning, and innovative problem-solving.
- Crafting client-centered engagement and retention strategies.
- Aiding teams in executing business transformation initiatives, including organizational design and change management.
- Collaborating with business leaders and Global Practices to develop and implement HR plans, programs, and tools aimed at enhancing organizational capability.
- Concentrating on strategic people-related issues, trends, and solutions that contribute to BRP's growth and competitive edge.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
- 4-5 years of professional experience.
- Proficiency in both French and English.
- Exceptional communication and influence skills (both verbal and written) to effectively manage all interactions and relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to step back, seek solutions, and manage outcomes efficiently.
- Solid business insight.
- Engaging leadership qualities, demonstrating courage, accountability, and ownership within the business and HR functions.
