Gordon Food Service is seeking a skilled Pricing Coordinator to join our team. As a Pricing Coordinator, you will play a critical role in interpreting and implementing customer pricing contracts, ensuring customer profitability and upholding pricing integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adapt and implement customer pricing contracts, including various components of customer sell price.
  • Investigate customer margin to maintain customer profitability.
  • Uphold and increase pricing integrity for both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate proprietary item contract costs to manage customer sell price.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure accurate freight rates and delivery methods.
  • Monitor contract items and sales agreement expiration.
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships.
  • Reconcile Vendor bill back discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to solve vendor credit/deduction and repayment issues.

Requirements:

  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a focus on details and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to problem solve and develop solutions to a variety of complex business issues.
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize and work independently or within a team environment.
  • A natural desire to serve our customers.
  • Knowledge of spreadsheets, word processing, presentation, and email.
  • Must be proficient using a computer keyboard.
