About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Buck or Two Plus. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics and coordinating with vendors.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences, including preparing minutes and reports.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in planning and implementing recruitment strategies, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Database Management: Maintain and manage our digital database, including updating records and ensuring data accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
