About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven On Premise Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and increasing brand awareness in the on-premise channel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase Red Bull consumption in the on-premise channel.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including restaurants, bars, and other on-premise establishments.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing initiatives to support sales efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to optimize sales strategies and improve results.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience in the beverage industry, preferably in the on-premise channel.
  • Strong understanding of the on-premise channel and its dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
