On Premise Sales Manager

As a Red Bull On Premise Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and awareness across all segments of On Premise, including Full/Limited service Restaurants, QSR, Recreation, Lodging, Travel, and Catering. Your main priority will be to increase product availability in new accounts, expand product availability in existing accounts, implement national programs, and activate brand marketing assets.
You will work closely with multiple distribution partners and field sales teams to drive consumption, horizontal and vertical growth. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating strong relationships amongst account owners and staff while executing all aspects of Red Bull's On Premise business plan.
You will need to be enthusiastic about the On Premise environment and have endless fascination with the driving forces that shape it.
Responsibilities- Be a Red Bull Brand Ambassador and establish and nurture relationships with influencers and partners, spreading affinity and enthusiasm for Red Bull.
- Complete ownership of the territory with the goal to maximize Red Bull consumption, increase product availability, and expand distribution in current buying account base.
- Develop and execute an annual territory business plan, marketing and sales plans for all directly managed accounts, and accurately categorize all opportunities as per the RBC guidelines.
- Sell in programs and strategies to drive Red Bull demand and consumption in outlet, execute Red Bull High 5 Excellence and Perfect Outlet standards, and track results.
- Responsible for direct territorial budgets, constantly evaluating to improve ROI, and activate Marketing and Trial initiatives in outlet to intensify consumption.
- Ensure transfer of knowledge to key On Premise stakeholders through training sessions, monitor distribution of all Red Bull products, and ensure no out of stocks through communication and training of the distributor reps in the territory.
Requirements
- Established contacts within the industry or the ability to make them quickly and smoothly.
- Experience effectively selling to a customer base, experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, and nightlife a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays, and excel with autonomy.
- Passionate about the on premise channel.
- Possess strong work ethic and business acumen.
- Creative, solution-oriented mindset, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Fully understands and embraces the musketeer profile.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- A valid driver's license and clear drivers abstract.
- Post Secondary Education – Sales and Marketing preferred.
- Bilingual – Must be fluent in French & English.
- Travel 40-50%
