About the Role:
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menus that are creative, yet cost-effective and appealing to a wide range of customers.
  • Kitchen Management: Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals, ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard and presented attractively.
  • Staff Supervision: Train and supervise a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Inventory Control: Manage the inventory of food and supplies, ordering stock as necessary to maintain adequate levels.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
