About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Operations Leader to join our team as Showroom Manager for Maroline Inc. (Sub-Zero, Wolf & Cove Appliances).

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Marketing: Drive sales growth by ensuring exceptional customer interactions and consistently delivering a luxury experience.
  • Team Management: Train, develop, and coach the showroom team in sales techniques and administrative tasks.
  • Showroom Management: Maintain the showroom's appearance, oversee CRM and POS systems, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Customer Experience: Apply best practices to guide the customer's purchasing journey, ensuring all interactions are approached and served with excellence.
