Job Title: Showroom Manager

Maroline Inc. (Sub-Zero, Wolf & Cove Appliances) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our Toronto location. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, overseeing showroom operations, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by ensuring every customer interaction meets the highest standards and consistently delivers an exceptional luxury experience.
  • Oversee showroom operations, including inventory management, CRM and POS system maintenance, and timely stock replenishment.
  • Manage customer relations, ensuring high satisfaction levels by addressing needs and concerns.
  • Organize and manage showroom events to enhance customer engagement and build brand awareness.
  • Train, develop, and coach the showroom team in sales techniques and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Knowledge of luxury appliances and premium kitchen experiences.
