Toronto - GTA

Work Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday. 37,5/week.


The Showroom Manager will oversee operations at our Toronto location, leading a passionate team consisting of 2 Brand Ambassadors, Chef, and a Showroom Coordinator. The primary focus will be on driving sales growth by ensuring that every customer interaction meets the highest standards and consistently delivers an exceptional luxury experience. Additionally, the Showroom Manager will host culinary events to foster deeper brand engagement within the local community and will engage with local trade professionals (A&D), media, influencers to build a strong network and increase showroom traffic.


Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing:

  • Work to meet or surpass sales objectives set in collaboration with the VP of Sales & Marketing.
  • Build and maintain connections with local architects, designers, media, and influencers to drive showroom visits and boost sales.
  • Keep up with brand developments, participate in factory training sessions, and engage with local social media as needed to support brand promotion.
  • Coordinate and oversee showroom events to increase customer interaction and enhance brand recognition.
  • Manage customer interactions to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed, aiming for high levels of satisfaction.

Showroom Management:

  • Keep the showroom in excellent condition, ensuring it meets company guidelines for appearance and organization.
  • Supervise the CRM and POS systems to ensure seamless daily operations and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Perform regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Make sure all products are current and properly displayed, and that promotional materials are easily accessible.
  • Ensure the store opens and closes on time as scheduled.
  • Attend global meetings in the USA up to twice a year as required.

Team Management:

  • Provide training, mentorship, and support to the showroom team, focusing on sales skills and administrative duties.
  • Organize and lead weekly meetings to align team goals and promote a collaborative and positive work atmosphere.
  • Ensure that all team members follow company policies and procedures consistently.
  • Encourage and facilitate clear and effective communication within the team.

Customer Experience:

  • Implement best practices to enhance the customer’s buying journey, ensuring each interaction is handled with the highest level of service and professionalism.
  • Consistently and effectively utilize the sales tools provided by the company’s CRM or Factory Tools to support the sales process.
  • Provide a premium customer experience that aligns with the Brand Standards for every customer interaction.
  • Make sure all team members are thoroughly knowledgeable about the full range of products offered by our client.
  • Actively participate in the Learning Portal and leverage all available training resources to enhance skills and knowledge.
