Job Overview

As a Technical Solutions Expert at Zendesk, you will play a critical role in driving customer success by providing technical expertise and guidance to our clients. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their technical needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to ensure seamless delivery of technical solutions.
  • Design and implement technical solutions that meet client requirements, leveraging your expertise in web and scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by proactively managing and delivering technical information to clients, both onsite, online, and via telephone.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our clients receive the best possible solutions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Mid Market software sales, with a strong technical background.
  • Proven track record of success in mapping RFI/RFP requirements to software solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Call Center Experience is a plus.
  • Experience scoping, leading, and executing customer pilots and Proof of Concepts.
  • Knowledge of web and scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills, including the ability to meet a business requirement with a technical solution.
  • Superior solution scoping abilities, using our existing solution and influencing new product development.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment with multiple roles.
  • Bachelor's degree is a requirement; graduate degree is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Desired Skills
  • Previous consulting experience implementing enterprise-class software solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Software, ITSM, data warehousing, business intelligence.
