Zendesk is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Expert to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Expert, you will be responsible for driving customer success by providing technical expertise and solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Zendesk's software solutions and technical capabilities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance and support to clients to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Zendesk's solutions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver technical content and training programs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for Zendesk's solutions.
- 5+ years of experience in a technical sales or customer success role.
- Proven track record of driving customer success and growth.
- Excellent technical and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with Zendesk's software solutions and technical capabilities.
- Knowledge of cloud-based software and SaaS applications.
- Experience with technical content creation and training programs.
