Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Description:
• Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and deadlines.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
- Hire and train food service staff to meet the needs of our fast-paced environment.
- Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and other financial reports to maintain profitability.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and review food order summaries for the chef to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise and inspect the assembly of food trays to maintain presentation standards.
- Supervise 3-4 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Work in a fast-paced food service environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Possess excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work a 40-hour week in a dynamic environment.
