Project Management Officer Junior

CIMA+ is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer Junior to join our team. As a key member of our building mechanicals department, you will be responsible for leading institutional projects and providing technical expertise to clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead institutional projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Act as a technical reference for building mechanicals, providing expert advice and guidance to clients and team members.
- Coordinate the work of team members and professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Develop and implement methods, procedures, and tools to increase the quality of services and optimize work methods.
- Manage budgets, contracts, and human resources, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 20 years of professional experience.
- Portfolio of diversified institutional building projects, primarily schools and hospitals.
- Experience in consulting engineering, private, public, or semi-public building sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of financial concepts and excellent budget monitoring skills.
- Proven project management abilities and strong technical credibility.
