About the Role

CIMA+ is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Officer to join our team. As a Project Management Officer, you will be responsible for leading institutional projects and providing technical expertise to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead institutional projects from conception to completion
  • Provide technical expertise to clients and team members
  • Coordinate the work of team members and ensure collaboration with other internal disciplines
  • Ensure communication with clients to assess project progress and address any issues
  • Monitor budgets and draft contract amendments as needed
  • Act as a project manager for projects under your supervision and follow-up on WIP/AR in collaboration with staff involved
  • Ensure Human Resources Management, including hiring, performance evaluations, and salary reviews
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with 20 years of professional experience
  • Portfolio of diversified institutional building projects (primarily schools and hospitals)
  • Experience in consulting engineering, in the private, public or semipublic building sectors
  • In-depth knowledge of financial concepts and excellent budget monitoring skills
  • Proven project management abilities
  • Strong technical credibility and willingness to share technical expertise with clients and the team
